Just about any day or week of the year has some kind of holiday.  Some are truly bizarre and great for meeting themes e.g. "Squirrel Appreciation Day" (January 21) or "Measure Your Feet Day" (January 23).  This website has them organized by month, which is great for planning meeting themes!
