I'm Not Ready!

When faced with some new challenge, have you ever caught yourself saying or thinking "I'm not ready"?  What did you do about that?  Did you heed that terrified little voice inside screaming "Run Away! Run Away!"?  Not me!!  This is what I've done to kill the "I'm Not Ready" monster...
